The Midway RV and Mobile Home Park in Black Canyon City is under new management. Owner Wayne Froboese introduced the new park manager, Kerrie Stephens, at the recent BCC Chamber of Commerce meeting.
Stephens moved to Black Canyon City in February, has two children in the Canon Elementary School, and is secretary for the Canon PTO.
"We are working to re-establish our good image here in BCC after the recent Yavapai County Sheriff's Office undercover drug operation that resulted in the arrest of the previous park manager.
"We are working to clean up the park and it is now designated as a 'Crime Free Park.' This is zero tolerance for all current and future tenants. One violation and the tenant will be evicted," Froboese said.
Froboese added he is looking forward to working with the community.
