PRESCOTT - The Trinity girls and boys basketball teams hosted Orme School Friday night at Yavapai College.

The Trinity girls dominated behind the shooting of Jenny Farley, never relinquishing the lead in their 42-25 win. Farley took advantage of her team's strong rebounding and turnovers to score 13 points on the night. Orme's Twyla Zuniga scored eight points in the loss.

The Trinity boys' game proved to be a battle.

Trinity held its own against a very determined Orme team. From the symbolic tip-off performed by 13-year-old Honorary Trinity Warrior Nick Coleman to the final buzzer, the two teams put on a show.

Trinity won 64-52.

Ryan Terry led Trinity with 15 points, and Orme's Cherokee Toms was unstoppable in the paint, scoring 20 points in the loss.
