Congregate lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Low salt, sugar and fat guidelines are followed in menus. Menus subject to change. Salad bar served daily in congregate dining. Public welcome. 928-632-7511.
Wed., Jan. 30: Teriyaki Chicken, Fried Rice, Chinese Veggies, Salad Bar, Pears.
Thurs., Jan. 31: Baked Tilapia, Spaghetti Medley, Calif. Blend Veggies, Salad Bar, Bread Pudding.
Fri., Feb. 1: Taco Salad w/meat, beans, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, Salad Bar; Apricots.
Mon., Feb. 4: Beef & Noodles, Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables, Salad Bar, Yogurt & Cookie
.Tues., Feb. 5: Stuffed Cabbage Roll, Boiled Potatoes, Stewed Tomatoes, Salad Bar, Fruit Salad.
Wed., Feb. 6: Roasted Chicken & Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Salad Bar, Spicey Peaches.
